Welcome to Stocktake Saturday! This feature is where I share some bookish news with you and then show you all the bookish goodies I got over the week. First up are the covers that were revealed this week (links to Goodreads pages):

In bookish news, the sequel to Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas has a title: Crown of Midnight. It will be released in August 2013 from Bloomsbury.

Julie Kagawa, acclaimed author of The Iron Fey series and the Blood of Eden series, has signed on at HarlequinTeen to write a third series them. It will feature mythical creatures in a contemporary setting and the first book is due to be released in 2015. Also, in case you missed the news, movie rights for the Blood of Eden series have been optioned by Palomar Pictures.

Two exciting book titles were also revealed this week – the first is Inheritance (Adaptation #2) by Malinda Lo, which also had a cover reveal (above). The second is the sequel to Kathleen Peacock’s Hemlock – Thornhill.

This week I have been Waiting On …  Unbreakable by Elizabeth Norris.

Last week I was 21 books ahead with the book buying quota in my Read Three, Buy One scheme, with 7 book purchases unlocked. I didn’t buy any books this week, but I reviewed the following:

1. When We Wake by Karen Healey
2. Prodigy by Marie Lu
3. Jarka Ruus by Terry Brooks
4. Unravel Me by Tahereh Mafi
5. After Moonrise by P. C. Cast and Gena Showalter

This leaves me 26 books ahead with the book buying quota, and with 8 book purchases unlocked!!
